What is your shipping policy? TOP
Shipping can be either first class with delivery confirmation for 3.00 for the first item and .50 for each item thereafter, or priority mail w delivery confirmation which is a flat 4.50. Shipping to Canada is 8.00.
At this time I am unable to ship to certain countries. You must enter a zip code/postal code and the credit card billing code must match the shipping code.
When using a credit card, I can not ship to an address other than that of the credit cardholder. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can choose to insure your purchase at the time of checkout. It is highly recommended that you do. If you choose not to and the package is lost, I cannot be responsible for it.
What is your privacy policy? TOP
I take my customers privacy very seriously. I never share any info with any other party. I only use the info that I need to process the order. I do not store your personal info at any time. Once a sale is complete, all personal info is removed.
If you would like to purchase something from my website, but are uncomfortable providing your credit card info online, you may call me with the info. Once the order is processed, the information is then shredded. Return Policy TOP
If you receive an item and it proves to be defective in workmanship, you may return it to have it repaired or re-made.
Once I receive the item, I will be happy to credit you for the amount you paid to ship the item back.
If you purchase an item and decide you do not like it, you may exchange the item with another item on the site.
Your satisfaction is important to me.
What if I see an item on your site that would be too small/large for me? TOP
I will be more than happy to custom size any item for you. Most of my jewelry is quite easy to re-size. Some pieces require more material and in that case there will be a fee based on what is added.
If a piece needs to be re-strung, there would be a small re-stringing fee.

Sterling silver will tarnish and should be kept away from detergents, harsh chemicals, perfumes and other aerosols. Do not wear it while bathing or swimming. Chlorine will darken the silver. If it is tarnished it can be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth, or a paste of baking soda and water. Scrub with a soft toothbrush.
Liquid silver cleaner is also available and may work better for the heavier chains. However, if using the liquid cleaner be sure to follow the directions on the package. The silver should not be left in the liquid for long periods of time.
When not wearing your silver, I recommend keeping it locked in an airtight zip-loc bag. How do I order jump rings? TOP

If you are interested in learning how to make your own jewelry/chain maille, simply email me via my contact me page for information. While I do offer classes thru several bead stores, I understand that not everyone is comfortable in a group situation. |
